1 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 Bottle Pain is Good Spicy Teri-Yah-Ki Chicken Sauce
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Cut chicken into 1” squares.
Combine chicken and ¾ bottle of Pain is Good Teri-Yah-Ki in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to marinate for 1-4 hours.
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to the pan. Add the chicken thighs stirring occasionally until golden and cooked through (5 min).
Add remaining teriyaki sauce to the chicken. Stir for 1 min and serve.
*Serve the Teri-Yah-Ki chicken with cooked white rice, sauteed snap peas, fresh radish, and scallions.
