Spicy Teri-YAH-Ki (Teriyaki) Chicken

Spicy Teri-YAH-Ki (Teriyaki) Chicken

Serves: 2-4

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 1-4.5 hours

Ingredients:

1 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 bottle Pain is Good Spicy Teri-YAH-Ki Wing Sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut chicken into 1” squares.
  2. Combine chicken and ¾ bottle of wing sauce in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to marinate for 1-4 hours.
  3. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the pan. Add the chicken thighs stirring occasionally until golden and cooked through (5 min).
  5. Add remaining teriyaki sauce to the chicken. Stir for 1 min and serve. Enjoy!

*Serve with cooked white rice, sautéed snap peas, fresh radish, and scallions.
