Fiery Gochujang Chicken Stir Fry

Serves: 2-4

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 1-4.5 hours

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or breast
1 cup Pain is Good Gochujang Sauce
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut chicken into 1” squares.
  2. Combine chicken, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, and 1 cup hot sauce (set aside 2-3 tbsp for serving) in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to marinate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the pan. Add the chicken thighs stirring occasionally until golden and cooked through (5 min).
  5. Add remaining hot sauce to the chicken. Stir for 1 min and serve.

*Serve with cooked white rice, sautéed snap peas, fresh radish, and scallions. Enjoy!
