1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs or Breast
1 cup Pain is Good Gochujang Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Cut chicken into 1” squares.
Combine chicken, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, and 1 cup Pain is Good Gochujang Sauce (set aside 2-3 tbsp for serving) in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to the pan. Add the chicken thighs stirring occasionally until golden and cooked through (5 min).
Add remaining Gochujang sauce to the chicken. Stir for 1 min and serve.
*Serve the Gochujang Chicken Stir Fry with cooked white rice, sauteed snap peas, fresh radish, and scallions.
