6 large jalapeño peppers 8 ounces cream cheese, softened, at room temperature
1-2 teaspoons Pain is Good Harrisa Hot Sauce ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ cup bread crumbs, optional topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, and salt.
Spoon cream cheese mixture into peppers and top with bread crumbs.
Place peppers on the baking sheet and put into oven.
